Web, mobile, and AI product studio

# We design and build *web, mobile, and AI software.*

For founders, teams, and organisations with a real problem to solve. Scoping, design, build, and handover from one studio, and we stay accountable after it ships.

- Product and web applications
- Mobile applications
- AI engineering and integration Agents, skills, and evaluation. We will also tell you when AI is the wrong answer.

01 / WHAT WE DO

## Scoping, design, build,
*and handover.*

Most software is commissioned as a list of features. It works better when it starts as a problem someone actually has. So we scope, design, build, and hand over, and you get the whole thing rather than the parts somebody else was assigned.

01

### Product and web applications

Dashboards, portals, booking and scheduling, admin tooling, and the unglamorous CRUD that a real operation runs on. Built to be handed over and maintained by your team.

- Discovery and technical scoping
- Interface and design systems
- Full-stack build with a typed API contract

02

### Mobile applications

Android and iOS from a single shared codebase, so a fix ships to both stores at once instead of twice. Store submission, release management, and post-release iteration included.

- One cross-platform codebase for both stores
- Offline behaviour and background sync
- Push notifications and deep links

03

### APIs and backends

Service layers that hold your rules rather than scattering them across route handlers. Versioned, tested, observable, and safe to extend while other people are building on it.

- REST or typed RPC APIs
- Authentication, authorisation, and rate limiting
- Schema design and zero-downtime migrations

04

### Privacy, security, and review

Work where personal data and identity documents are involved. Threat modelling, data minimisation, and privacy-by-default architecture, reviewed before launch rather than after.

- Data protection impact assessment
- Identity document handling and encryption
- Consent, retention, and deletion workflows

02 / AI

## AI that *earns its place.*

We build AI that does a job you can name, and we will tell you when the job does not need it. That is the whole difference between an assistant that helps and a demo that impresses.

### Agents that take actions

An agent is only useful if it can do something: read your systems, call your APIs, update a record, raise a ticket, and stop when it should. We build them with explicit permissions and a defined finish line, because an agent that cannot be held to a task is just an unpredictable bill.

### Skills and plugins for your assistant

Already using an assistant day to day? We extend it rather than asking your team to move. Custom skills, plugins, tool definitions, and MCP servers that connect it to your own data and systems, so the thing people already use becomes the thing that actually gets work done.

### Evaluation of what you already built

If AI is already in your product and you are not sure whether it is helping, we will review it against real input rather than a demo script. You get a written assessment of where it fails, what it costs, and whether it is worth keeping, extending, or replacing.

- We say no when AI is the wrong tool
- Every agent has bounded permissions
- Measured on your data, not a sample
- Cost and latency under control
- A fallback when the model is wrong

04 / PROOF

## Our own product
*is the proof.*

JCovenant is a Christian matrimony service for India, which means it holds identity documents, family background, and photographs. We built it as our own product, so the architecture is the argument.

Verification is layered rather than optional, every profile passes a human approver before discovery can return it, and photo URLs are short-lived by design so a leaked link expires without anyone having to remember to rotate it.

[Read the engineering case study →](https://jamerzlab.com/work)

One typed core Web and mobile share a single contract package, so a schema change cannot drift between clients.

Human in the loop Every profile passes a human approver before it is visible in discovery. Approvers can approve or reject and nothing else.

Short-lived links Photo URLs are minted per response on a deliberately short lifetime. Nothing durable is ever handed to a client.

Migrations only The schema moves through reviewed, reversible migrations. There is no path that silently recreates tables.

05 / PROCESS

Four stages, written down and agreed before any code is written.

## How a project *runs.*

- 01

### Understand

We interview the people who will use the product, not only the people funding it. The brief usually changes here, before anything is built.
- 02

### Decide

A written plan naming the trade-offs, ranking the risks, and fixing the price. You approve it before code is written, and the price does not move afterwards.
- 03

### Build in the open

A staging build you can open any day, a shared backlog you can reorder, and a short written update each week.
- 04

### Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough with your team, and a 30-day warranty. You own the repository and infrastructure from the first commit.

01

### You own everything

The repository, the infrastructure accounts, and the documentation are yours from the first commit. There is no licence to negotiate back later, and staying on to support the product never becomes a condition of keeping it.

02

### You see it every week

A staging build you can open any day of the week. You are never asked to approve progress from a slide deck.

03

### We say when to stop

If the project does not need a studio, or a cheaper approach is the right one, we say so in writing before you commit to anything.

06 / FAQ

## Questions *we get asked.*

What does JamerzLab do? +

JamerzLab is a product studio. We scope, design, build, and hand over web, mobile, and AI software for founders, teams, and organisations.

What does a project usually cost? +

It depends on scope, and we would rather not guess before we understand the problem. A scoping sprint ends with a fixed price and a build plan, so you get a real number rather than a range that moves later.

How do you choose the tools? +

We pick well-supported, widely-hireable technology and keep the type-safety continuous from the database to the interface, so a change cannot quietly break one client while another is fine. On mobile we build one codebase for both stores, because a fix you have to write twice is a fix that arrives at one store late. We would rather choose something boring that your team can maintain than something clever that only we can.

Can you scale the team if we need more people? +

Yes. We are founder-run by default, which means the person you talk to is the person doing the work. When a project genuinely needs more hands we hire and bring people in already familiar with your codebase, rather than rotating strangers through it. We tell you when we are adding someone and what they are there for.

Do you work with clients in other countries? +

Yes. We are based in India and we ship globally, across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. Working across time zones is normal for us: data protection follows where your users are, and calls are booked in your business hours.

What currency do you work in? +

We quote and invoice in US dollars, and we can contract as a US, UK, or Indian entity depending on what suits you. If your own procurement needs another currency, say so in the enquiry and we will work with you on it.

Do you work with AI? +

Yes, as engineers rather than as a demo. The first question is whether AI is the right tool for the problem at all, and we will say no when it is not. When it is, we build agents that take real actions, or skills and plugins for whichever assistant your team already uses, and we wire them to your own systems. We also evaluate AI you have already built, because a system that works in a demo often degrades quietly on real input. Either way we measure whether it works, keep cost and latency under control, and stay comfortable integrating models where personal data is involved and privacy has to hold up.

Who owns the code? +

You do. The repository, the infrastructure, and the documentation are yours from the first commit, and handover is a planned step rather than something you have to negotiate for.

Can you work with our existing team? +

Yes. An embedded partnership puts a named engineer or designer alongside your team, in your standups, on your backlog. We are also comfortable saying when a project does not need us.

Is JCovenant a Christian matrimony service? +

Yes. JCovenant is built for Indian Christian singles and families seeking a serious marriage, welcoming Roman Catholic, Church of South India, Protestant, Orthodox, and other Christian traditions. It is our own product and doubles as a reference for how we work.
